What in the
world do all of those initials stand for?
Associate
Broker-Earned on the basis of completing
the
CSP (Certified New Home Sales
Professional)-A
designation for specialists in the new home sales industry. The CSP course and
designation that follows enhances your professionalism and increases your knowledge
of the home building industry. This is awarded by the National Association of
Home Builders (NAHB).
ABR (Accredited
Buyer’s Representative)- designation is the benchmark of
excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real
estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC) of the
National Association of Realtors who meet the specified educational and
practical experience criteria.
MIRM (Member, Institute of Residential
Marketing). This is the
highest achievement level possible for professionals in new home marketing. In
order to achieve the MIRM designation, in addition to the four courses a MIRM
candidate must:

Be a
member of the National Sales and Marketing Council
·
Earn
50 elective credits
·
Have
at least three years of new home sales and marketing experience
·
Fill
out the IRM Professional Profile for MIRM Candidates which allows you to give
an in-depth synopsis of your professional new home marketing career.
·
Write
an approved marketing case study focusing on a new home community you have been
involved with.
