I have resided in Washington State almost all of my life and currently live on the Sammamish Plateau with my wife Kerry and our two rambunctious Labradors Gecko and Hershey. I enjoy many outdoor activities from pursuing a trophy catch on the water, to an afternoon at the off leash dog park in Redmond, or simply working in my back yard.

Selling homes is truly my original career, not something that I chose to do as an alternative field. I have been working with Home Buyers and Sellers in this area since 1988, and have weathered many changes in the real estate market. Early in my career I established specific industry education goals for myself, in order maintain the level of professionalism that I feel home buyers deserve. Though the real estate industry has made great strides, many licensed agents possess only about 100 classroom hours of formal training. Most agents make little effort to exceed the minimum licensing requirements, while at the same time are assisting clients with the pursuit of a six or seven figure investment. Unfortunately many agents treat real estate as a hobby or part time endeavor, while to the home buyer it is one of the biggest decisions that they will ever make. I work hard to make sure that my customers receive the benefits of my years experience, my education, and my dedication to the real estate community as they embark upon their extremely important home buying decision.

Through the years I have had the pleasure of getting to know hundreds of families and watch many new home communities transform into neighborhoods.
