What constitutes a real estate professional? I doubt you will find anyone in the industry unwilling to make this claim that they are indeed one in the same. Though the real estate industry has made great strides, many licensed agents possess only about 100 classroom hours of formal training, often garnered via correspondence courses and other low content offerings. Subsequently these same individuals rarely invest the time or effort in pursuing knowledge beyond the minimum department of licensing requirements; however their skills or lack of the same will define the outcome of your purchase or sale. Real estate does not lend itself to being a hobby, or part time endeavor. I work hard for you ensuring you reap the benefit of my education, experience, and dedication equating to positive results. Below are some of the details surrounding my numerous industry designations.
